Chinese language courses for adults
The methodology for you to learn Chinese is always simple and communicative, encouraging all students, even beginners, to actively participate in the classes.
The courses are designed for people over 13 years of age.

Many of the countries that previously occupied the category of ’emerging or ‘developing’ are beginning to acquire a greater presence on the international economic, social and cultural scene. This is the case of different parts of the Asian continent, particularly China. This area has great possibilities for the future, as different experts predict that it will become the next world economic power.

All our teachers are native speakers and have the specific qualification to teach Mandarin Chinese as a second language.
Didactic material
The books of our Chinese course for adults are specially created for the teaching of this language to Western students. Thus, it is composed of five volumes depending on the level in which you are enrolled, from beginner (HSK 1 and HSK 2), through intermediate (HSK 3 and 4) to expert (HSK 5) and consists of a textbook, an exercise book and an audio CD.

The material is designed so that students are able to pass the official Chinese exam, HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi), regulated by the Confucius Institute and composed of two tests (written and oral comprehension) to which a third one is added (written expression) from the intermediate level onwards. This measurement system is made up of six levels, which correspond to the above mentioned, although an HSK 6 should be added, which corresponds to a C2 in the European mode. Thus, values 1 and 2 are comparable to A1 and A2 (basic); 3 and 4 would be B1 and B2 (intermediate), while 5 would be similar to C1 (advanced).
In this way, in order to assume and understand this language, the structures and functions of the Mandarin language are learned and the knowledge of the culture is promoted in order to easily develop communicative and comprehension skills. The material is endorsed by two important official institutions in charge of promoting and regulating the learning of Mandarin Chinese in the world, Beijing Language and Culture University and Hanban.
